This beautiful ship of Soc. An. Adriatica di Navigazione, was sunk by the British submarine "SAFARI".
As an escort ships Isonzo and Entella had to give them protection and instead sank together, constituting a bitter memory for the Italian navy.
The wreck, lying on the left side, is located at a depth between 54 and 65 m. with the keel fully colonized by the rare Paramuricee Chameleon: a colorful flower garden that excites even the most experienced divers.
Perfectly visible a completely concretions submachine, cylinders for the storage of gas, the anchor of respect and baskets loaded with ammunition. Easily penetrable, the wreck is fascinating for the life that lies between the sheets: dwelling of groupers, forkbeards, conger eels and, in the darkest areas, is a whole swarm of shrimp.
This dive takes place solely with trimix mixtures because of the depth which amply exceeds the limits of recreational diving.
